I had a chat with Jess from 7am something. She said she was gonna go out for some outing. Things started to go spirally downward from there. I asked u take the bus is it? She said yes. But they previously rented a car. I found out that she drove a Kancil, 120kmh in a Johore road until 100 km out of nowhere. And my ego is butthurted to find out about that. Come on, I want to get lost like that too in Johore. I wanna feel the rush of driving a Kancil that fast too. And touching singapore too.. :)

Had a long chat with mom. Told her all my insecurities. Felt good bout it.

How I wished I am in Johore studying there. Look man, I got the freaking chance just that i picked sabah because i feel so sad bout my dad being too whiney about stuffs. He is just another coward. Dad I love you and if you see this thread, just remember your son is a guy not a girl or a sissy that is not afraid to try things new. Please don't halt his potential...

On paper, UMS was my first choice. In my heart, UTM was my first choice.

And to those that happened to read this. I may sound childish, egomaniacal dude. But hey, Its a part and parcel of life of being a man. Women are more than capable of doing things. A man also capable of such. I know sexist thinking is not good. But sometimes you gotta just do what you can while you are still young...

I want to tell stories to my children about my colorful past. Come on Im only 21. I needa go out and discover myself. A day full of confusion

Confused? Yeah that is what I think so too. Today we had this JUNIOR'S SUBJECT REGISTRATION DAY to attend to... Woke up at 9 am and finding myself dragging into the bathroom... Reached UMS at 11 only to find out that the registration thing is at 12.30 at UMTP...

First mistake of the day... Too early attending something that you so much have scorn for it.

So what I did, I pulled myself out of UMS and have a dose of Kueh Tiaw at Seng Yi cafe.. OMG that thing is really addictive... So cheap and so delicious.. What more could you want from noodles?

I returned to SKTM shortly afterwards... Online since 12pm and then fell asleep at SKTM till 1... Hahaha...

Second mistake of the day... Sleep after eating... And sleeping near the time you are supposed to be at UMTP...

So I went straight to UMTP. And along the way I saw Fey... haha... Walking with her friends....

Had a talk with Stewart... He said SST has a lotsa chics to see... I never beg to differ... It's the truth...

AND I HAD MCDs!!! Thanks to KokM... Nasib baik he bagus today. Ok maybe Im an asslifter or a hypocrite.. but who cares... I got awesome meal...

Inside the UMTP... Empty... And it's 1.30 (supposedly starts at 12.30)... That's why it's good to always get some good sleep at the foyer hahaha...

One by one the kids came in... And you can see their faces... Each and everyone of them... And upon starting, they will ask you neverending questions...

Third mistake of the day... Not being informed of any changes... So this leads to false information on your behalf and then your making them go astray for their registration... This is a big no no...

Information must be accurately settled before going into publication... ANd this affects the student... Big no no...

After the registration, I went and befriend Tsing to buy her furniture and then had some MCD icecream... Helped her carry stuffs and then went straight back home... with a detour to the shell station...

And oh ya. A lot of people bitch about government tax on phone operators... Smartphones are very expensive and people buy them and dont care bout the price but gives a fuck bout taxes?? Dont get me wrong... Im an expensive smartphone user (proud owner of Galaxy S2). But I dont whine about small telco taxes... I know I deserve those taxes to help my country fight economic stress. I know enough that even though I own my phone, that kind of tax wouldnt make me whine about it...

Whining is like you are driving a ferrari with a huge petrol bill and yet you still bitch about the petrol bill... You deserve it because you pay for something that drinks petrol like water... Automatically your bill increase as performance increase kan...

Same case as telco users... You buy expensive phone... Prepare to reload more often because of the data usage... And the addtion of the tax shouldnt hurt your pocket that much... It's only 6 percent... And yet people bitch too much although they own a phone that is so expensive...

Daniel Craig as the wayfaring amnesic cowboy that is wanted by the local authorities... He joined forces with Harison Ford to fight off aliens with the help of the beautiful Olivia Wilde (really, gotta say her name twice)...

Gotta say that this movie is good in it's sci-fi but it lacks plot which makes it a somewhat almost a boring movie... But fret not... Guns ablaze for this movie :)

Sunday comes and I don't have the guts to tell my dad bout my foot. But with courage left on my part. I eventually told him the bad news that I have a sprained ankle. He said how are you gonna go to church like that? Well I said, I'm gonna try. And after that we are going to get my ankle sorted out by a massage therapist.

Anyways, we went to Karamunsing Capitol instead for a morning breakfast. I had my meal, dad had his meal. And a good sightseeing with a hottie with a body :) After a good breakfast, HSBC greets us hello.

This guy with a Mercedes Benz, went and scooped up my parking lot. I was in pain as I moved from the passenger seat to the driver seat to take the parking. He went and just scooped up the parking lot. ( I had to say that twice).

Nevermind that old man with a huge ass Merc. I saw a beautiful example of a Honda Integra Type-R. <3

Anyway we went to the masssage therapist which opens for only 2 hours starting from 10am in the morning. And my goodness was the pain real.

Went to Tamparuli to attend my little sister and went back afterwards.

At home enjoyed a good dose of Toy Story which made me cry and some sort of reconnecting to my past. =.=

And a whole lot of jumping around the house due to my sprained ankle. I feel my right leg is getting larger and larger =.=

Driven to score more and failing miserably

Took my shoes and went to a journey of no return. I went to futsal with hope to score and bettering myself everytime. Turns out after my first goal, nightmare strucked. I fell in the wrong way possible and it hurts like hell. Turns out, I sprained my ankle in an abnormal way possible. And that is what made my day. Just great seeing out the rest of the 40 minutes stareing at people playing. And driving manual sucks when you have a bad foot particularly on your left.

Oh train trip day.

Day started off with a great glimpse and optimistic pondering of what is going to happen the next couple of heures (that's hours in French). Waken up by my trusted 5130 I went straight to shower.

Suddenly, on my way to shower I was greeted by my dad with an uneasy face. He said mum has been smsing him bout my spending problem. Oh mum, why do you have to make dad say this in the wee hours of the morning. For Christ's sake it's only 6am. I needa rush for shower, someone is waiting for me to be fetched.

I showered with a bit feeling of tense.

After showering I continued my father and son chitchat (and occasional nagging). Being a spendthrift is not about wanting, it's merely neccesity I said back. And I said to that, he can say whatever he wants to say. I don't care that you waste my time because you did anyway. Call me wrong, I think it's just absurd to say that it's weird to be nagged early hours of the morning and while you want to rush for something.

Put on my shirt and I said I'll take Wira. He said, have u checked your engine, and you requested the fluids such as motor oil etc. Yeah I said but that was last night. He checked the car and filled everything while nagging. Call it a double nagging for a 7am nagging.

AJ's house. Super jam. Thanks to people rushing for work. And it's only 7am. Absurd. Wasted a good 20 minutes of my time. I was wondering why is a remote place like this jam packed?

Reached Kips house and after taking him, I went to Dvd's to take him as well. We stopped by Orange Mart to buy some munching snacks. Off we go for a great train trip to anywhere you name it.

Upon arriving the train station, I was greeted with a smile on my own face. Im going to anywhere but KK with a train. And old refurbished awesome train. But my hopes were dashed to learn that the train left.

ALL HOPE IS LOST

Lost in confusion. We didn't want to take the 1pm as there are no return trips after that time.

Salvaging the day, we head for a sumptuous laksa in Kepayan.

OH TODAY IS GONNA BE A GOOD DAY AGAIN. I GUESS.

After a good laksa in Kepayan, we went straight to City Mall for window shopping. I was just translating and I got schooled by my own friend. Such a sad feeling, I know it's gonna be that kind of day when you just feel like throwing a punch at the wall.

IT'S OK, IT'S ALWAYS BEEN MY FAULT. NEVER LEARNING MISTAKES. I FEEL LIKE I'M GETTING SUCKERPUNCHED.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon

Transformer: Dark of the Moon aka Transformers 3 is a Mike Bay film which revolves around a teenager and his team of friends ranging from intergalactic space mechanized lifeforms to Sector 7 (now defunct) boss to SEAL and NAVY hitmen...

Gotta say, Mike Bay did a really, really great job on this movie... I guess it's his finest masterpiece in directing a high-budget (yes you heard that right) movies. Terrific booms and blasts here and there... Glass shattering etc... It's sensory overloadddddd...

Another worth mentioning is the absence of Megan... It's sad to see her go... But it's life... Things get changed... Including girlfriend (albeit in a movie)... Shia Labeouf in his top form just like the rest of the series...

Plot is worth mentioning... It's thick, and a bit funny and it's good to dive into the plot... At least there is a buildup to the end... Culminating every second as you put yourself in Labeouf's shoes... Tells how they came to earth as a result of their cybertronian war.. etc etc...

Kuching Day 7: Farewell

Day 7 and my final day in Kuching, brought us nostalgia... A trip to museums and waterfronts before I head back to KK. :( Seriously, I really don't want my trip to stop there. There are a lot of things to do in Kuching. It's just a matter of time.

Kuching Day 5: Indon Mali and Jess

Day 5 is the day we went to Sarikin... It's at the border of Indon... Like literally... No GPS. Gah. But don't fret. We have google maps on board... In jpeg though haha.

Kuching Day 3: Mall visiting

Day 3 greeted us with mall visiting... Almost all the shopping complexes around Kuching were ambushed by us. :D

This is Satok... Upfront is a huge ass bridge... We dont have bridges that big here in KK...
Next up is Saberkas mall... This place is like Karamunsing... Pretty much like one... And functions like one as well... It caters to the uber geeks in us... :) Computers and gadgets u name it they have it...

Kuching Day 2: Let's get the Gawai started

Day 2 greeted us with this scenic view of a mountain... Well the locals call it the Gunung Santubong... I think I got that right... There are a lot of names that I can't recall... But certainly, it looks beautiful to me :) Ery said that this mountain took them 5 hours to go up... Well I can't really try that place out... I'm just not up to that task of hiking up a crazy hill... :) But the clouds are so beautiful. :)

Made our journey to a cultural village... I can tell you this cultural village is no slouch... It's the best and richest cultural village I have been too... It's awesomely more large then Monsopiad... I felt really really amazed by the sheer size of it... Think about cramming 4-6 Monsopiad cultural villages there...

I hate to say this but this is one of the things that I don't really love to recall. Being a director of a program that is only in a few months time. With no people to be recruited, the end is set to be very dark. Reality check, this ain't a great stuff to handle. Let's face it, no people and no time although I have all the money in the world to get away with. Well I have to say preparation was terrible, as there are no companies that are willing to come on the first batch of invitation. We sent out another invitation and four companies are willing. Thanks to them, we had a small career fair. I hate to say this but that was a failure from my part. Well I just hope for this, the coming career fair, I want other people to handle it and upmost importantly, I want it to be done a sem before the thing happens. Well we did eat a very big meal at the end. But it didn't do the thing justice. I'm just human.

Facts about the place is that Shell owns that place. They main objectives of operation is to convert raw gas into fuel which is amazing by utilizing Fischer Tropsch process. And they supply it to neighbouring places where it needs fuel.

I've been waiting for this moment for so long. Stepping into Sarawak land. You see Sarawak is made up of several districts and the first that you will come across is Lawas if you plan your journey from Sabah.

Brunei Ferry

Brunei.

A neighbouring country sandwiched between Sabah and Sarawak.

We encounter this awesome ferry in Brunei. The only way to get through the river is this huge awesome thingie. It carries buses and cars and stuffs. Awesome payload.

Simon, the awesomest guy in the bus can actually read Jawi signs on the road. That's Arabic writing in Malay language.

After all those waiting, finally it's time for me to go to Sarawak! Hooray! Starting off with a morning jolt from my trusted hand phone I dwell through the icy coldness of my shower. Time to call Lester for my transportation to SKTM.

Called few times, why u no pick up? Call call call. Why u no pick up? But somehow, Jeff called me back just to notify that Lester doesn't have any credit and to my dismay, it's almost sunrise and ur not waking up? WTF.

Reached SKTM and I was greeted by Kenny, poyo and the others. Somehow SKTM is very very quiet at this time of the day. Come on, it's only 6am. Yup. 6am. Freaking early man for u lazy bums.

Bus reached and everyone boarded the bus. Trip of a lifetime.

Bintulu Trip

Bintulu trip. The journey. The rise and the culmination to the story of how everything started.

As far as last year went, Bintulu trip was handled by several members of the committee. It went kinda smooth, well maybe for several wavy roads, but it was all good. Till the story where the permit for the bus is void.

Zip zilch nada. No granted access to Bruneiland. Adeh! =.=

But the guys didn't gave up. Although it was cancelled. But in reality it was postpone further till January. So It's just unbelievable that I'm finally going to Sarawak on this coming Sunday! Hooray!

First day in Dormitory

After a good one month vacation. I am finally back to UMS! Although I don't miss it that much due to the stress but I kinda feel like I needa be doing something to prevent me from idling stupidly at home.

Packed a lot of things from home. From my travelling bag to chargers and etc. Bintulu trip here I come! It's less than a week to Bintulu! Sarawak here I come! Hehee. Finally I unloaded my stuffs to the dorm. Everything is kinda heavy. I think I cracked my spine. Touchwood that it doesn't really happen literally. Off to the airport.

Fetching Tsingkey and Kenshi from airport. What a long trip to Terminal 2 from Kingfisher. Brought along my Black Vidanas and Black Devils and a pack of Kinder Bueno. Heheh. Black Vidanas, another Mild Seven almost taste-a-like. I drove back and went back to my dorm so that I could wait for dad to fetch me up.

Dad fetched me from my dorm and then advanced to Giant. Lotsa things to buy!

Dad left me at Kingfisher and proceed to go home. I went to Kopitiam with Tsingkey and had a long chat about Dinner proposal for the entire programme. Liverpool vs ManU played on the TV as well. Wow! So sad Liverpool lost. I wish ManU lost the game. It's just unfair for the Reds. Come on. Let the Reds win this time lah.

Paid the meal that I ordered and the next thing is that I'm at Dorm at last. Dorm sweet dorm?

Dad why do you always have to be this drunk? Do you really need to be drunk everytime? Saying things that hurt your son. Doing things that seems not so nice to your son. Are you setting an example that drinking will eventually lead to problem solving? I dont think so. It creates more problem. If only you knew what you did is wrong. Im not judging you. Problems of the mind

I don't really know what really got into me these few days. It's just another matter of the mind I guess. I have this complex mind that I can't seem to understand why must I succumb to failures all the time. Am I failure prone? Or am I just not meeting my greastest potential?

Everytime I played fifa. It's eating me. I just dont know how to beat anyone. It's like I lost my respect to myself. I lost all sense of belief in myself. Must I go through this thought every now and then? Defeated and not learning any valuable lesson? Why is my head treating myself as if I got everything to loose?

Not to mention studying. Everytime I study it just doesn't go into my head very well. I've gotten worse every semester. It's like whatever I say it's gonna happen. 3.17, 2.92, 2.79. Why is it dropping every semester? I have to stop it from dropping any further. I need help! I want to be brilliant again! :( Restore me to my former glory.

Driving is also another thing that I really hate to do when it comes to manual. I just don't seem to understand how to operate manual vehicles. But my 17 year old female cousin knows how to drive from Beluran back to Tawau in a manual 4wd. It's just mindboggling for me to drive manual. Manual is mindfucking. Maybe I am doomed to drive auto. Because there are just some things that it doesn't make sense at all. Come on. I have been driving for the past 2 years and I still dont know how to operate manual shit? Do I really look like a woman? Ok Im being sexist again =.=

Futsal. Although I enjoyed the game a lot. It's just not suitable for me. I don't think anything suits me with games. I just suck it big time. everyone around me is improving and im the fucking one not improving? How the hell?

I really neeeeeeeeeeeed help right now.... Big time...

Tawau

What do I think of Tawau? Home far away from home. 550KM journey by land. Hilltop Porridge. Merotai. Last but not least, , granny's cooking.

I'm officially at Tawau at the moment. Well as of yesterday of course. I finally reached Tawau at around 5.00pm or so. It was a very tiring journey. Talking bout driving all the way from Penampang from 6.00am in the morning albeit several stops along the way. Hands are blistered from my vice-like grip of the steering wheel.

Before starting the journey, I sent my futsal shoes to Kip. He wanted to play using my shoes for last nites futsal but instead she brought Vel around for sightseeing hahhaa...

I drove the car and dad co piloted it and my little sister sat at the back of the car.

So after that I drove to kip's place, I drove straight to Tamparuli for breakfast - two kuehtiaws and pork skin. Wow. Kinda full for the journey. But I intend not to be light headed for the whole journey. So I just had one heavy breakfast for the whole journey.

next stop was Ranau after tamparuli. It was a steep uphill going up the hill. Dad said don't stressed the car very much. So i controlled my speed along the way. Hehehe. But revving a lot at the Crocker range is inevitable anyways. So we filled the tank for the second time after dad filled it the day before.

After Ranau it was Telupid. We stop by just for the side of the road cafe for coffee and dimsum. The waiter was quite cute heheh. Came Lahad Datu. Nothing better to do other than just to fill the tank of the car. Came Kunak and what we did is just sit and eat another roti canai and sip coffee.

Total Coffee O = 3

And finally after 550KM (approximation terms). Tawau I greet you hello!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tron Legacy

Tron: Legacy

Words cannot comprehend how am I feeling at this kind of hour. I am still shaking at the fact that I saw Tron Legacy in 3D glory. Oh the movie really scores 10/10 in my all time movie list. Being a fanatic CGI slut, I really like the minimalist approach with the black backgrounds and lightings that they offer in the movie... To say that it's awesome is an understatement. I should say mind-blasting instead.

Anyway, beat that suckers! I got the first seat in the house because no one booked it before me so I get to choose the best seat for the first show premier wooooohooo!!! K9 as it is in the centre of the Hall 9 that is newly built in growball. And I got it at a discounted student price yehee!

Special effect was the main priority in my review. The effects generated was very very woahhhhhh... That's the only word I could say during the movie. Minimalist black background with lights. Awesome effort put into the CGI effects though it is second to avatar nonetheless it's still very very very mindblowing because the effect of the night city is just aweesome.

The plot for the movie seems nice. It has a build up to it. Starting with Sam when he was little to when Kevin Flynn being old. Culminating every second until the end where the peak of the story shows. You are always, continuously guessing what might happen in the end of the movie. A lot of detours here and there although the thing with Quorra became flesh and blood in the end of the movie is a bit far fetched but you will still guess whether she will make it to the real world.

Cool technogadgetry is the role of the day! Light cycles and light disks galore! Planes that shoots lazers. The container that has lightway to heaven! It's all awesome. It's all out of limits what the human mind can imagine! Thanks to the mind of the awesome Kevin Flynn hahaha... Oh I love the End of the Line bar... Cool bar... if only Sabah has that kind of bar.

Olivia Wilde. The name that everyone knows synonymous with the role Dr. Remy "Thirteen" Hadley in House MD. She plays Quorra in Tron. A hottie with an attitude. I really like her dark hair with stunning facial structure plus the stunning eyes. What a beauty :) I guess she is at a level akin to Megan. hahaha

Daft Punk. Anyone knows Daft Punk right? They have been here since a long time ago with the house scene in clubs and mixes since the early 90s. Interstella 5555 is one of their soundtrack nirvana. Tron is also theirs. Guess what? They made a cameo appearance in Tron. Which is awesomeeeeeeee!!!! Derezzed and End of Line now sits highly on my list of awesome sounds. Cant really determind how it sounds like but it is really catchy with the tune. All hail the great Daft Punk for making the great soundtrack.

Not forgetting Gem the Siren played by Beau Garrett. She's futuristically hot hahaha...

Johor trip, the irony and culmination to the story of the trip to singa land

Everyone, we would be very much like to announce that there will be a Johor trip for you guys. It is limited to only 20 person from the Second Year. Please do inform quickly as the tickets are very much limited.

That was from Seah and that is pretty much what the story in the beginning says.

I went and called dad and asked his permission regarding the Johor Trip. He said yes, so with all the summoned happiness I called Seah to book me a place among the 20 person. But oh wait, I have no CIMBCLICKS to pay Kenny as he is the one booking the ticket. Oh wait, I paid him while visiting RAJESH's lab. So the rest is done. I will be going to Johor on the

AUGUST 2011!!! Yehee!!!! I'm actually going out of Sabah again! It's an adventure!

There's more. Over the course of several days, everyone rejoice that there has been a huge leap with the trip as the tickets are all booked. Tsing even brainstormed every single detail for the trip. Well that's a good headstart for a trip that is eight months in the making.

All systems go as tsing tried to make arrangements with the boys and girls from the third year. Kaotim here, kamching there, lecturers are handpicked for suitablility, liaison officers that should go and represent the whole Chemical Engineering committee to receive special funds.

As the planning continues, Tsing got a terrible news.

MAKLUMAN BAHAWA TAKWIM PERUBAHAN UNTUK SEMESTER PERTAMA TAHUN 2011 AKAN BERMULA PADA SEPTEMBER

As you see kids, if an academic calender, the calender you follow and guide with your life on, changes, it's time to eat your fingernails. That is, booking tickets should go haywire and risking a closed university at said time.

And this academic calender, according to some cited sources is actually to coincide with the western hemisphere of education which is to start in september. Can you believe this stuff is surreally happening? It's eating every fabric of reality!!!!

The news is like a blackhole! OK DRAMA STOP!

You see, the Johor trip is actually a trip to some university in Johor, to meet up with fellow chemical engineering students from the University and analyse and maybe implement some features that is required to be absorbed into our programme here.

So if a Calender shift were to happen, then maybe the possiblity that the university close is ultra high. That leaves us with one option

It's the Holidays!

It's the holidays.

There are a lot of things on my mind but first things first. Party time with Tsing and the gang. As the old adage goes, after every semester, wrapping it up should'nt be any problem. Why do people club? It's a no brainer answer that clubbing is to fulfill certain social requirements of the individual. Be it drinking to get near chics better or just to chat through the night with some pals.

Another thing that is on my mind is just to get myself into shape. Although that failed tremendously, nevertheless I tried getting myself to move up and about using the threadmill and playing futsal. Well that's basically what you do to give yourself the needed activity to make finish your year without boredom.

Formatting my computer is one thing. You know that everytime you use your files, a lot of things changes inside your computer. And a lot is a lot. It's like when you exercise you use a lot of things inside your body and cancer cells do get generated a lot of times so to counterbalance it is like neutralising it using antioxidants. Though formatting is a whole lot different from detoxifying but it is really does good to the computer. Hehehe. So I always make it a point upon finishing every semester, I would reorganize my library and reformat my computer so that it will be ready for the following semester.

Cleaning the house is another major task up ahead on the schedule. But due to the poor state of the house, I wont do any cleaning for this time of the year. I'm so sick of blown water pipes. That is why I don't wash my clothes that often. And to tidy up the house is really major because there are a lot of things that i shouldnt throw away. Those things that people hold dearly. I feel like throwing it away but seeing it makes me rethink because it ain't my stuff so I shouldn't do so unless told.

Xmas is coming in a few weeks time. So in order to celebrate things I'm going back to Tawau! The journey that took 12 hours to get there via terrible roads. Worth the drive. hehehe. Can't wait to pilot the pony (Kelisa) to Tawau.

Not to mention during the holidays, I would love to sms a lot of buddies and enemies and even frenemies. Hahaha. Old flames. Chics. Dudes. You name it. I'll Sms it. Hooray for credits galore.
